1. Data controller
The senyacafe.com website is operated by SMART OPERA S.R.L., CUI RO53151195, Trade Register no. J2025099014006, registered office: Str. Gen. Nicolae C. Dona no. 5, 2nd floor, apt. 8, Bucharest, Sector 1, e-mail: contact@senyacafe.com. We respect the privacy of our visitors. This policy describes what data we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
2. Data we process
The site has no account, no online ordering and no contact form. The only data processed is:
- Language preference (localStorage
senyaLang) and your cookie choice (localStoragesc_consent) — stored only in your browser, never sent to our servers. - Technical data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Contact details — only if you voluntarily write to us by e-mail. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to answer you and as required by law.
- Usage statistics through Google Analytics 4 — only with your consent given in the cookie banner (see section 3).
3. Google Analytics 4
With your consent (Google Consent Mode v2, default: denied) we use Google Analytics 4 (property G-M5GLGJE1YS), provided by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (retention up to 2 years) and processes a pseudonymous identifier, approximate location and page views; IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
4. Google Maps
The map in the Contact section is loaded only when you click or tap on it. Until then, no request is sent to Google. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies and collect data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Videos (jsDelivr) and fonts (Google Fonts)
The short videos on the homepage are our own and are served through the jsDelivr content delivery network (cdn.jsdelivr.net). When a video loads, your IP address is transmitted to jsDelivr; jsDelivr does not set cookies. The Montserrat font is loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. 6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access to personal data
- Rectification of incorrect data
- Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing and withdrawal of consent at any time
