1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies (localStorage) store values locally in the browser without sending them to a server.
2. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
- localStorage — senyaLang: your language preference (RO/EN). Not sent to our server, does not expire, can be deleted from the browser settings.
- localStorage — sc_consent: remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so the banner is not shown again. Does not expire until you change your choice.
3. Analytics — only with your consent
Google Analytics 4 (G-M5GLGJE1YS) is loaded only after you press "Accept" in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2, default: denied). It sets:
- _ga — distinguishes visitors; retention up to 2 years.
- _ga_* (e.g. _ga_M5GLGJE1YS) — keeps the session state; retention up to 2 years.

4. Third-party content
- Google Maps — the map is loaded only when you click or tap on it; after that Google may set its own cookies. Details: Google Cookie Policy.
- Google Fonts — loads the Montserrat font; Google receives your IP address but sets no cookies.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — delivers our videos; your IP address is transmitted to jsDelivr, which sets no cookies. jsDelivr privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts the site; may process your IP address for security purposes. Cloudflare privacy policy.
5. Cookie control
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner and change your choice. You can also control and delete cookies from your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary storage may affect the language preference.
